Make some changes for the sake of your health. Cutting out certain foods from your diet will dramatically increase your energy. Although the prospect of not eating your favourite delicacies makes you sad, it's better than suffering from an allergic reaction. Similarly, it's important to get more rest. If you suffer from insomnia, resist the temptation to check your phone or log on to social media. Instead, stretch out and let your mind wander. This isn't as therapeutic as sleeping, but it's better than surfing the Internet.
