The
10km sponsored walk is a great way to take in Brighton’s
sights, sunshine (fingers crossed!) and sea air.
Hundreds of Stonewall supporters from across the

is even brighter.
Ben Summerskill, Stonewall’s Chief Executive
said, “We’re delighted to be returning
to Brighton for what will be a fantastic day out.
With hundreds of gay and lesbian couples tying the
knot across the UK there is much to celebrate”.
There will be plenty to entertain you along the
way and even a few pit stops for those who just
can’t pass up the opportunity for a little
light refreshment en route! Stonewall has teamed
up with their friends at Charles Street Bar, for
an exclusive post walk party and, as ever, Stonewall
has secured some fantastic benefits exclusively
for those who take part in the walk so make sure
you get registered now! Call Anna on 020 7881 9448,

OF GAY ICONS
Biographies
of over 200 gay men through history to the present
day. Read about modern gay icons like Stephen Fry

old favourites like Oscar Wilde or Alexander the
Great. Alternatively have a browse and choose lesser-known
names like William Beckford who wasted his vast
fortune on the gothic Fonthill Abbey, that promptly
fell down after his death. These and many others
names with photographs can be found in the “Gallery”
